Introduction

Low carb Low carb
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    One large head of cauliflower
    One pound Hamburger
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    Salt and pepper to taste
    one can beef broth
    teaspoon guar gum (to thicken)

Directions

Cut cauliflower and boil in salted water, drain and pulse in food processor to make "rice", set aside.

Brown onion and meat add salt and pepper, drain.

Put back in skillet and add guar gum stir well, add beef broth, let bubble until thickened.

Mix "rice" and meat together.

Makes 4 servings.

I was not able to put Bob's red mill guar gum in. I did not have dietary info. Sorry.
This is good as a filler for stuffed peppers.
