    1 can black beans (drained)
    1 16-oz bag of frozen corn (thawed)
    cup chopped cilantro
    cup each of red onion and green onion, chopped
    1 medium jalapeno, seeded and chopped
    1/3 cup of lime juice
    3 Tb of vegetable oil
    1 Tb of cumin
    Salt and pepper (couple shakes, grinds)


Combine all but the first two ingredients (corn & beans) in a blender. Blend until mixed thoroughly. Pour over corn and blackbeans in a medium-sized bowl. Can be served immediately, but tastes best if made ahead of time and refrigerated.
