    Lipton Onion Soup Mix, Dry
    Red Wine, 3 fl. oz.
    Mushroom, 1/2 cup
    Beef Tips, 3/4 lb.
    Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added, 1 can
    Corn Starch, 2 Tbsp. (optional)


Add meat to slow cooker; add remaining ingredients over top of meat. Cook on low 8 hours.

Can reserve 2 oz. red wine and mix with 2 Tbsp. cornstarch to thicken, if desired.

Serve over egg noodles. Servings:  Makes 3 servings
