This is a quick simple meal that I made on a whim. It is delicious and easy to fix. This is a quick simple meal that I made on a whim. It is delicious and easy to fix.
Number of Servings: 6


    Tenderized Beef Round Steak 1.5 pounds
    2 tbs.Flour (enough to lightly dredge meat)
    2 Tbs. Olive Oil
    1 Can Rotel Tomatoes and green chilis.
    1/2 cup chopped green peppers.
    1/2 cup chopped onions.
    1/4 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
    Salt and Pepper to taste.


Cut the tendertzed round steak into 6 equal pieces and lightly dredge in four.
Brown steaks in olive oil.
Once both sides are near done pour one can of Tomatoes and Green chilis (Rotel) over the top of steaks.
Add green peppers and onions and mushrooms.
Chop fresh cilantro and lay on top of everything.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Cover the skillet and let meat simmer until tender.

Serving Size: Makes 6 4-oz. servings
