Ingredients

* Pepper, black, 1 dash
* Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tsp
* Sea Salt, 1 dash
* Garlic, 1 clove
* Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)
* Collard Green Leaves 3.5oz, 2 serving
* Liquid Smoke, 4 tbsp
* *Turnips, frozen, diced without salt, 1 cup
* *Extra Light Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
Directions
Saute onion in oil until slightly wilted.
Add garlic and stir around until both are more wilted.
Add 2 teaspoons of liquid smoke.
Immediately add turnips. Stir fry for about 5 to 10 minutes, while adding red pepper flakes, sea salt, black pepper.
Add 2 more teaspoons of liquid smoke, 1/4 cup of water, stir a bit.
Immediately place collards in the pan. stir in with Turnips lower the heat, cover, and let them simmer for about 15 minutes. Occasionally stir cook until done turnip looks done.
