    1 lb. 93% lean ground turkey
    1 c, water
    1 tsp, ground cinnamon
    1 tsp. ground oregano
    1/2 c. Heart Smart Bisquick
    1/2 c. skim milk
    2 large fresh eggs
    1 c. fat free cottage cheese
    1 package (4 oz,) Alouette Crumbled Feta Cheese
    2 c. frozen chopped spinach, thawed
    1/3 c. dried chopped onion
    Canola Non-Stick Cooking Spray


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Brown turkey. Add water, oregano, and cinnamon. Simmer 5 minutes. Drain off 1/2 cup of the liquid and reserve.

Mix together cottage cheese, feta, spinach, onion and browned seasoned turkey.

In a separate bowl, mix together Bisquick, milk, and eggs. Pour Bisquick mixture into spinach/cheese/turkey mixture and stir together.

Spray a large casserole dish with Canola Non-stick Cooking Spray. Pour Bisquick/spinach/cheese/turkey mixture into casserole dish and pour reserved water over the top.

Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
