Number of Servings: 4


    1 block firm Tofu, cut into 1 inch cubes
    2 Green bell Peppers, roughly chopped
    1/2 Medium onion, cut in slivers
    1 can baby corn
    8 Tbsp Oyster flavored Sauce
    1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
    Red pepper flakes (to taste, optional)


Heat wok or large skillet over medium high heat. Fry tofu in sesame oil until lightly golden, flip tofu so all sides begin to cook. Add onion and fry, stirring occasionally until it begins to become translucent. Add bell peppers. When bell peppers are almost cooked add baby corn and oyster sauce. If you like it spicy, add the red pepper at this point. Cook until heated through, about 3-5 min.

Serve with rice, not included in nutritional calculation.

Serving Size: Makes 4 1.5-cup servings.
