These are always a hit with my family! Great served with brown rice, and an excellent way to get those veggies and that protein! These are always a hit with my family! Great served with brown rice, and an excellent way to get those veggies and that protein!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    3 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed
    1 large red bell pepper, cut into good-sized squares
    1 large onion, cut into good-sized pieces
    1 cup sliced zucchini (not too thin, as it will not grill well)
    1 cup sliced yellow (summer) squash (also not too thin)
    10 tbsp (about 1/2 bottle) Kikkoman Teriyaki Sauce and Merinade

Directions

Marinade cubed chicken in teriyaki while chopping vegetables. When everything else is chopped, begin adding to kabobs/ skewers, varying the order as desired (you can customize these for those who do not like onions, etc.). Brush (or I use a turkey baster to drizzle) more teriyaki onto the assembled kabobs and let sit about 10-15 minutes (this is when I'd start the brown rice, which takes 45), then grill until done and serve!
