This was counted without the counts of the bun. I used whole wheat hoagie buns because they were the only whole wheat bun without High fructose corn syrup in the store. If you use a regular sized burger bun, there are 16 servings and then cut all nutritional counts in half. Turkey burger can be substituted. This was counted without the counts of the bun. Ingredients

    2 pounds very lean ground beef
    1 1/2 cups ketchup
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    1 cup onion chopped
    1 cup bell pepper chopped
    2 cloves garlic minced
    1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce

Directions

Spray pan with canola oil spray. Saute onions, garlic and bell pepper until translucent. Add beef. cook until done. Add ketchup, brown sugar and worcestershire sauce. Cook for 10 minutes on medium, stirring often. Serve on whole wheat hoagie buns.
