    Smashing Pumpkin Soup:

    1 TBSP. olive oil
    1 onion, chopped
    4 C. chicken broth
    4 C pumpkin puree
    3/4 C. chopped green onion
    1/2 tsp curry powder
    S&P to taste
    2 C. milk


In a saucepan heat oil over med high heat and saute' till very soft.
Transfer to stoneware, cook 30 min on high, uncovered. Add all other
ingrediants except milk, & continue to cook on low. Add milk & heat
through & serve.
