    Egg, fresh, 9 large (remove)
    Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup, shredded (remove)
    Milk, 2%, .5 cup (remove)
    Ham, regular (11% fat), 2 cup, diced (remove)
    *Potato, raw, 2 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) (remove)
    *Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)
    *Blue Bonnet Homestyle vegetable oil spread, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Salt, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Pepper, black, 2 tsp (remove)


dice potatoes, roast with salt, pepper and 1T of oil in oven at 400 degrees for approximately 20 mins.

Brown ham while mixing eggs and remaining ingredients. Cook egg mixture with ham until done.

Mix potatoes in egg mixture.

Add to a tortilla(optional)
