    Make 2 shots of espresso, or STRONG coffee.
    Use 1 1/2 cups of ice sometimes 2 is needed depending on how thick you want.
    1 tsp of sugar
    2 tbsp of sugar free chocolate syrup. If you use light syrup you'll get 30 extra calories.. and I do do that sometimes.
    4 tbsp of whipped cream, make sure your cream is 15cal per 2tbsp! Can omit whipped cream for even less calories!


Add ice to blender first, then coffee, milk, sugar, chocolate syrup. Blend well. Add whipped cream after transferring to cup. Drink with straw and enjoy!
