Introduction
Great and simple potato salad. This is the original recipe, I'm sure it can be made lighter by using low fat versions of the mayo and salad dressing. Great and simple potato salad. Ingredients

12 baby red potatoes - boiled whole and unpeeled
3/4 cup mayonnaise
3 Tbs Italian salad dressing
1/3 cup milk
1/2 yellow onion - chopped
2 celery stalks - chopped
1 tsp parsley flakes
Directions
Boil baby red potatoes whole.
When cool enough to handle, chop into bite size chunks and coat with the salad dressing.
Add the chopped celery, onion and parsley.
Mix mayo and milk until blended then add to salad.
Mix well and chill for at least 2 hours.
Serving Size: Makes 13 1/2 cup servings
