    1 cup Dry whole wheat rotini pasta
    2 - 5 oz cans chunk light tuna in water, drained
    1/2 cup frozen green peas, thawed
    1 large roma tomato
    1 medium carrot
    1 medium celery stalk
    1/4 orange, red or yellow bell pepper
    1 lime wedge
    1/4 cup light mayonnaise
    2 tbsp light ranch dressing
    1 tsp prepared horseradish
    black pepper and garlic powder to taste


1. Follow directions on package to cook dry pasta.
2. While pasta is cooking, drain tuna and chop tomato, carrot, celery and bell pepper. Place tuna, chopped veggies and thawed peas in medium to large mixing bowl.
3. Drain & rinse cooked pasta. Cool in a cold water bath.
4. Squeeze the juice of 1 lime wedge over tuna mixture.
5. Add mayonnaise and ranch dressing and prepared horseradish to tuna mixture and stir well.
6. Drain cooled pasta and add to tuna mixture. Stirring until well combined.
May be served alone, or over a bed of salad greens. Great healthy option for potluck dinners, cookout parties, etc. Also makes an excellent lunch! Refrigerate leftovers.
