    10 small baked potatoes
    2 cans chicken broth
    1 cup shredded cheddar
    1 cup carrots
    1 cup celery
    3 tablespoons corn starch
    1 cup fat free half and half


Makes 8, 2 cup servings. Cut potato's into chunks. Place in slow cooker. Grate carrots and chop celery, add to slow cooker. Add 2-3 cans chicken broth. (if only adding two cans, add a little water to cover potato's) Add salt, pepper, and onion salt.

Cook in slow cooker on high for 6 hours. At six hours, add 3 tablespoons corn starch and 1 cup half and half. Stir together. Add 1 cup shredded cheddar to top. Turn slow cooker off and let stand for 30 minutes. Serve
