Ingredients

    1 T Butter
    Egg, fresh, 8 large
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    Peppers, sweet, red, raw, chopped, .5 cup
    Cooked, Crumbled Turkey Bacon, 4 strips
    Low-Fat Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese, .5 cup
    Onion powder, .5 tsp
    Salt, 1 dash
    Pepper, black, 1 dash

Directions

Chop veggies, add seasonings and saute in butter. Remove from pan. Using some bacon drippings from cooking, or additional butter, add whipped eggs to pan and cook on medium until almost done. Add back vegetables and combine, add cheese and bacon. Serve.
