    2 lb Ground Beef Chuck 80/20
    Egg, fresh, 3 large
    Milk, 2%, 1/3 cup
    Parmesan Cheese, .5 cup
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 5 tsp
    Oregano, 3 tbsp
    Basil, 3 tbsp
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    Onion powder, 2 tsp
    *Pork Rind (0.5 oz), 8 serving (remove)
    Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 2 tsp (remove)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped (remove)
    *Mushroom Sliced Baby Bella, 4 oz (remove)


Can also be formed into meatballs and baked on parchment paper in oven.


Add all ingredients to bowl and mix to combine using hands. Form into a log on a foil covered baking sheet. Cook at 450 degrees for 45 minutes. Makes 12, 4 ounce portions.
