    1 Tbsp Olive Oil
    1/2 Tbsp Pampered Chef Jamaican Jerk Rub
    1/2 Tbsp Dried Basil

    1 C Chicken Broth
    2 tsp Cornstarch
    1/4 C Dijon Mustard
    1/4 C Sour Cream


~Combine olive oil and seasonings. Once thoroughly mixed, rub into chicken breasts. Fry chicken in pan over medium heat.

~To make the mustard sauce, mix broth and cornstarch. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and add mustard. Simmer for 3 minutes and add sour cream.

~Plate chicken and pour desired amount of mustard sauce over chicken. Delicious!
