    Beef, round steak, 1 1/2 lbs
    1 small Eggplant, cut into 1in cubes
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Onions, raw, 1 medium, chopped
    Garlic, 3 cloves, minced
    Tomato Sauce, 1 14oz can
    Chicken Broth or Bouillon, 1 cup


brown eggplant and beef in olive oil.
add onion and garlic.
in slow cooker, mix broth, tomato sauce and seasonings.
add beef and eggplant
cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.
serve on rice or pasta.
