yummy way to get some protein in the morning yummy way to get some protein in the morning
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1/2 cup plus 2 tbs hungry jack wheat blends pancake mix
    1 scoop vanila protein powder (I used EAS 100% whey protein)
    1 jumbo egg
    1/2 cup milk
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
    2 tsp splenda

Directions

mix all ingredients together in bowl. Cook over medium high heat for 1-2 minute until bubbles form, then flip until pancake springs back. This makes yummy fluffy pancakes with a protein boost. Serve with light margarine and sugar free syrup (not included in nutritional info)
