    1/2 cup frozen raspberries
    1/2 cup frozen blackberries
    1/2 med frozen banana
    1/2 cup low fat vanilla yogurt
    1/2 cup 1% milk
    1 t splenda, or to taste


All the fruits are frozen when measured and used. Put all ingredients into blender/smoothie maker and blend until smooth.
