    6 Whole Wheat Lasagna noodles
    3 c. spaghetti sauce
    11.25 oz Ricotta Cheese, part skim milk
    12 oz Cottage Cheese, 1% Milkfat
    12 oz Kraft Italian 3 Cheese Blend, 2% Milk
    2 eggwhites
    1 T Garlic
    Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb


Makes 8 Servings

Cook Lasagna noodles according to package. Drain and set aside Use cooking spray to lightly coat a 9 x 13 glass casserole dish.

In a frying pan sprayed with cooking spray, place 1 T. Garlic until lightly browned. Add ground beef and sprinkle with Mrs. Dash. Cook the beef until no longer pink. Drain the fat off the beef. Add 3 cups of Classico Fire Roated Tomato & Garlic Pasta Sauce (or any sauce you like) and cook until heated.

In a bowl, mix the ricotta cheese, cottage cheese, egg whites, Mrs. Dash (to taste) and 1 cup of the Italian cheese blend.

In the glass casserole dish, pour 1/2 of spaghetti sauce mixture. Layer three lasagna noodles on top of the sauce. Spread half of the cheese mixture on top of the noodles. Spread the remaining spaghetti sauce next, followed by 3 lasagna noodles and the remaining cheese mixture. Then evenly spread remaining Italian cheese blend on top.

Place toothpicks in the lasagna and cover with aluminum foil. This will prevent the cheese from sticking to the foil.

Bake on 350 for 45 minutes. Uncover and broil for another 5 minutes to brown the cheese topping.
