Number of Servings: 4


    32 Reduced Fat Nilla Wafers
    1 sm. box (4servings) Kraft Jello-o Brand Fat Free Sugar Free Pudding, Banana Cream, Vanilla or even Chocolate
    Bananas, fresh, 2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)
    2 cups of Milk - calculated with Hood Calorie Countdown - Fat Free


Whisk box of pudding mix into 2 cups of very cold milk for 3-5 minutes until it starts to thicken.

layer wafers, pudding and bananas in a dish. I use a 7" visions round casserole. This allows me to build 2 full layers, and top off with cookies. Repeat the layer, reserving enough pudding to cover the top layer of bananas lightly. Top with final layer of cooks (either crushed or whole). I use 4 crushed, and 4 whole, to mark my serving size, and so each serving gets a whole cookie.

Refrigerate and Enjoy!!

Note: You can really eat this immediately after preparation, for crispy cookies. I like them after about an hour when they just start to soften.
