Introduction

Ingredients

1 cup shredded iceburg letuce
1 cup cherry tomatoes diced
2 tbl sp of refried beans
3 oz chicken breast baked or grilled
2 tbl spoon of taco sauce
4 tbl spoons of salsa
2 medium corn tortilla
Directions
1. Heat up two corn tortillas (about 3-5 minutes at 350 degrees)
2. Spread 1 table spoon of refried beans on each shell
3. Dice cooked chicken and put 1.5 oz on top of the refried beans on each shell.
4. Spread 1 table spoon of taco sauce on each shell
5. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of shredded lettuce on each shell
6. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of diced tomatoes on each shell.
7. Sprinkle 2 table spoons of picante sauce on each shell
8. Take first bite slowly, being careful to contain your tongue so it doesn't go wild with delite.
You can also add some diced fresh avacado, but be sure and log the added calories as they are not included in this recipe.
