Number of Servings: 14


    Boca meatless ground burger - 2 packets (each box has 3 packets in it)

    Flour Tortillas, 7 tortilla (approx 10" dia)

    Old El Paso Refried Beans - Vegetarian - 10oz can

    Black Olives, small can - sliced

    Old El Paso Taco Seasoning - 2 packets

    Kraft Shredded 2% Mexican Four Cheese blend, 2 cups

    Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes, 1 regular size can.

    Old Elpaso Enchilada Sauce, 10oz can


Heat Boca in a skillet with a little (maybe 1/2 cup) water. Add taco seasoning, tomatoes, refrieds and olives. Stir to combine. Let cool to room temp. Stir in 1/2 of the cheese. Fill tortillas with cooled mixture, roll and place into 9" x 11" glass baking dish. Top with cheese and cook in oven for about 15 minutes at 375 degrees or until cheese is melted.
