    Chicken Breast, no skin, 9 ounces
    Shake n Bake Coating, 3 servings
    *Badia complete seasoning, 0.25 tsp
    Pepper, black, .5 tsp
    Chicken Broth, .5 cup (8 fl oz)
    Butter, salted, .5 tbsp
    *Flour, white, 1 tblsp


season the chicken lightly with a complete seasoning and pepper to taste
coat with the shake n bake
bake in the oven according to the shake n bake instructions
For the gravy:
in a small pan, to medium low heat, melt the butter and add the flour until mixed, slowly add the broth while mixing. Slowly add the milk while mixing. Add pepper to taste

Serve chicken topped with the gravy.
