    1 1/2 c nonfat milk
    2 large fresh eggs
    1/4 tsp. sugar substitute, Stevia
    1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    2 Tbsp raisins, golden seedless

    Note: Try to use organic ingredients when possible due to their increased nutritional value.


Mix together and bake in 320 C oven. Have a pan of water in stove while cooking as you would for any custard. done when you can put a knife in the custard and it comes out clean. Enjoy!
