Simple Peach Cobbler Simple Peach Cobbler
Number of Servings: 2


    Self Rising Flour (1/4 Cup)
    Milk, non fat (1/4 Cup)
    Granulated sugar (1/8 Cup)
    Butter (2 tbsp)
    Fresh Peaches (2)


Heat oven to 350. Place butter in small baking dish and put in oven to melt. Mix milk, sugar and flour. Pour into melted butter. Slice fresh fruit and drop onto batter. Bake until golden (about 25 minutes)
