Introduction

Mixed my Black bean salsa into bulgur wheat for a tasy, tabouleh-like salad, with a decent kick of protein and fiber. Mixed my Black bean salsa into bulgur wheat for a tasy, tabouleh-like salad, with a decent kick of protein and fiber.

Ingredients

    1.25 C Bulgur Wheat
    2 C boiling water
    1 recipe black bean salsa (I actually used only 1 T of olive oil, but I can't seem to edit)

Directions

Mix the black bean salsa in the food processor.
Bring water to a boil and pour over the bulgur wheat. Allow to stand for 20 minutes or more. When wheat is fluffy, stir in the black bean salsa. Let sit in fridge overnight to allow flavors to combine.
