    5 Large Baker Potatoes
    4 Tbs Fat Free Sour Cream
    100 grams Fat Free Cream Cheese
    1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    1 green onion, diced
    Salt and Pepper to taste


Bake potatoes at 350 degrees or in a microwave until almost soft.
Once soft, cut in half lengthwise. Carefully scoop out potato into a medium bowl, while leaving a little along the edges of the potato to make a bowl with the skin.
Add the the sour cream, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onion, and salt and pepper to mix with the potato scoopings. Stir together until smooth.
Distribute the mixture evenly into the potato skin bowls. Return to oven or microwave until cheese has melted.
