    2 pizza crusts - either home made or pre packaged
    6 oz fontina cheese
    6 oz manchego cheese
    1 sprig thyme
    2 onions, sliced and carmelized in 1 Tbs oil
    4 slices of bacon, cooked, drained and crumbled


Prepare pizza dough or crusts. Put 1/2 of the onion mixture on each pizza, then top with 1/2 the bacon and 1/2 of each of the cheeses. Bake at 425 for 20 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and lightly browned.

Serving Size: 16 slices - 2 pizzas, 8 slices each
