    2lb Fresh Salmon
    2 tsp Sesame Oil
    2 Tbsp Tamari
    1 tsp Five Spice Powder
    1 tsp Adobo Seasoning
    1/8 cup Olive Oil
    8 slices fresh Ginger Root


Rinse and pat dry the salmon. Sprinkle it with Sesame oil, then rub the oil into the fish. In a small bowl, combine the Tamari Sauce and seasonings. Dip the salmon into the spice mix and rub it in. Heat Olive Oil in a skillet, and place the salmon skin-side down in it. Top each filet with a slice of ginger. When the salmon is cooked halfway through, flip the salmon over and cook until opaque.
