    1 c flour
    1 c milk or buttermilk
    1 egg
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 Tbsp sugar
    2 Tbsp oil


mix ingredients together. Cook on a hot griddle. If batter is too thin for you, add a bit more flour. Can add 1 tsp of vanilla for a fuller taste.

Use a 1/4 cup of batter per pancake.
