Introduction

An alternative to the high sodium, high fat breakfast food we all love. An alternative to the high sodium, high fat breakfast food we all love.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 pound ground turkey breast
    1 teaspoon sage
    1 teaspoon lite salt
    1/2 teaspoon Mrs. Dash
    Cooking Spray

Directions

Mix turkey and spices. Form into 8 patties. Spray skillet with non-stick cooking spray. Cook over medium heat until done.

May also be crumbled and cooked to be added to recipes calling for sausage

Makes 8 - 2 ounce patties
