A roasted salsa , goes well with chicken or pork. A roasted salsa , goes well with chicken or pork.

    Jalapeno Peppers 3 pepper
    Tomatillos, 10 medium
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 4 Italian tomato
    Onions, raw, 1 large
    Garlic, 3 cloves )
    Cilantro, raw, 10 tbsp
    *Kosher Salt, 4 tsp
    Granulated Sugar, 4 tsp
    Juice of 1 lime


place all the veggies on a hot grill. Roast till soft and browned on the outside.
Place all veggies in a blender. Add the salt, sugar, garlic, lime juice and cilantro. Add 1 cup of water. blend till smooth. this is pretty spice, you can always reduce the amount of jalapeno peppers if you want it a little more mild
