Ingredients

    Medjool dates, 25 date, pitted (remove)
    *Hemp Seed Butter, 9.5 tbsp (remove)
    Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, .5 cup (remove)
    Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    Kaizen 100% natural whey protein - UNFLAVOURED, 10 serving (remove)
    Buckwheat, 2 cup (remove)
    *ChiaNutra Black & white chia seeds, 5 tbsp (remove)
    All-Bran Flakes (Kellogs), 4 cup (remove)
    *puff wheat cereal, 12 cup (remove)
    1 Cup sesame seeds (organic raw)

Directions

In Vita-Mix (Again, maybe half the recipe b/c mine kept turning off till I added the water, then more water, then I took some out...then it worked beautifuly)...

Empty into very large bowl and add other ingredients mixing in as you go. Fills 2 9x13 pans chill in fridge, cut into 60 squares. Roll each square in sesame seeds and store in fridge or freezer. They are quite gummy but very rich and very satisfying
