Crockpot recipe low in calories, but not in taste! Crockpot recipe low in calories, but not in taste!
Number of Servings: 8


    POTATO RAW , 20 oz chopped
    Celery, raw, 50 grams (on stalk) chopped
    Baby Carrots, raw, 145 grams chopped
    Jalapeno Peppers, 70 grams (about 2 peppers) chopped
    Garlic, 15 grams (about 5 cloves)
    diced green chilis, 1can, 7 oz undrained
    Great Value Chicken Broth, 4 cup (32oz)
    Onions, raw, 200 grams (about one medium) chopped
    Silk Pure Almond Unsweetened All Natural Almond, 1 cup
    King Arthor Flour - All -Natural Whole Wheat Flour, 2TBS
    Salt, pepper and Tony C.'s to taste.


Combine all ingredients except milk and flour in CrockPot. Cook on high for 3-4 hours or on low for 4-6 hours. When ready, add milk and flour, stir. Using hand blender blend all ingredients to desired consitancy.

We serve this with cornbread and topped with Fat Free Cheddar, Hormel Real Bacon Bits and Green Onions. These items are not included in the nutritional information.
