Ingredients

    Mayonnaise 4Tbsp
    lup cheong 3 links
    onion 1 cup chopped
    salt 1tsp
    pepper 2 tsp
    lemon 1 sliced
    salmon 12 oz

Directions

Sprinkle salmon with salt and pepper
coat one side with mayonnaise
saute onion and lup cheung, top salmon
lay sliced lemon on top
wrap in tin foil
bbq for 20 minutes or till done
