    1 medium onion (chopped)
    2 tsp chopped fresh ginger
    1 tbsp flour
    1 tbsp curry powder (hot, medium or mild depending on likes)
    400 ml coconut milk
    ¼ cup vegetable stock
    1 tbsp lime juice
    32 peeled, cooked prawns
    24 - 30 snap peas
    1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
    Sea salt to taste
