    2 C. white flour
    1 C whole wheat flour
    .5 C. Red mill 7 grain hot cereal (dry)
    .5 C. Bran flakes (crude)
    .5 c dry oatmeal (old fashioned or quick)
    2.5 teaspoons baking soda
    1 teaspoons baking powder
    .5 C sugar
    1 C skim milk
    2 eggs
    2 Tablespoons molasses
    .25 C corn oil
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    .5 teaspoon nutmeg
    .25 water if dough is too thick
    Optional Strusel topping
    6 Tablespoons oatmeal
    5 Tablespoons white flour
    2 T Brown sugar
    2 Tablespoons soft butter
    .25 teaspoons Cinnamon
    Optional add-in
    .5 C raisins
    .25 C pecans


Oven at 350 degrees. Place 2 pans of 12 muffins in oven. Watch after 15 minutes. Mine took 17 minutes until brown and high.
