Easy lunch that's 4 hour body approved! Easy lunch that's 4 hour body approved!
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    Black Beans - 1 can, rinsed and drained
    *Pace Chunky Salsa - Mild, 1 tbsp
    Kirkland Egg White, 1 serving
    Organic Cold Milled Flax--Costco, 1 tbsp
    *McCormick ground cumin, .33 tbsp
    Paprika, .25 tsp
    12 big lettuce leaves - whatever you have on hand.

Directions

Blend all ingredients except lettuce in a food processor. Form into patties, spray a skillet with olive oil spray and fry burgers until crispy on outside and soft in the middle. Wrap in lettuce.

You can add avocado, mustard - any of your favorite 4HB condiments!

Serving Size: Makes 4 burgers, 2 per serving.
