    1 can white tuna in water
    1/4 cup greek plain yogurt
    1/4 tsp. sea salt
    2 tsp. dijon mustard
    1/2 apple, finely chopped
    1 Tblsp. chopped peanuts
    1/2 tsp. curry powder


Mix all ingredients and spread in 2 pita halves, tortillas or bread. (Breads not included in calculations).
