really, tender and easy chuck roast really, tender and easy chuck roast
Number of Servings: 14


    - 3.5 lb. chuck roast
    - 1 vidalia onion (wedged)
    - 8 oz. baby carrots
    - 2 bouillon cubes
    - 1 can of Campbell's Beefy Mushroom soup (10.75 fl oz)
    - 10.75 fl oz of water
    - 1 tbsp garlic powder
    - 1 tsp kosher salt
    - 1 tbsp black pepper


1) wash carrots and place them and the onions in the bottom of the crockpot.

2) season the roast with garlic, salt and pepper and then brown each side in a pan.

3) place the roast on top of the vegetables and water and soup over the roast and add the bouillon cubes.

4) cook in crock pot on high for 3- 3 1/2 hours
