Easy and very flavorful ground turkey dish. Easy and very flavorful ground turkey dish.

    1.5 lb Ground turkey
    Large onion
    Large can of tomato sauce 14-15 oz
    Gyros spices:
    9 parts salt
    3 parts sweet paprika
    1 part hot pepper
    1 part white pepper
    1 part black pepper
    3 parts parsley
    2 parts garlic
    3 parts oregano
    pinch of cumin


Chop onions, soften on non-stick pan with little bit of water, add turkey and brown. Add spices and tomato sauce. Simmer for 15 min and enjoy.
