    Egg, fresh, 1 large whisked
    Lemon Juice, 0.75 cup
    Red Potato, 515 gr
    Shallots, 100 gr
    chickpeas tined, 500 gram(s)
    tabasco and pepper to taste


boil potatoes, then set aside to cool
in food process, rough process chichpeas, then place in lrg bowl
in food process , process shallots and potatoe till mashed
place in bowl
place all other ingredients in bowl mix together
use hands to orm patties
spray pan with oil , cook each side for about 10mins ( till brown)

to make in hamburger , we use soy linseed bun , sliced tomatoes, lettice and sauce made with tahini and low fat yogurt or sweet chilli sauce
serve with dipping sauce , and lrg green salad
