    Extra Light Olive Oil (2 tbsp)
    Minced Garlic (4 cloves)
    Thin Sliced Red Bell Pepper (2 large)
    Canned Sliced Mushrooms (drained)
    Canned Portabello Mushroom (drained)
    Broccoli and Carrots (2 packs)
    Boneless skinless chicken breasts (2, diced and cooked)
    1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
    Fat Free Chicken Broth (1 cup)
    Bertoli Alfredo Sauce (1/2 cup)
    4 servings of dry tricolor pasta


Cook pasta 6 mins, drain and set aside, covered. Mix the chicken broth and alfredo sauce, set aside as well. Saute the garlic, red bell pepper and olive oil together until cooked well. Add in mushrooms. Cook the broccoli and carrots according to directions, add into skillet. Add chicken, pasta and sauce mix. Let the flavors marry 10 mins and serve
