    28 oz of tilapia (appx 8 fish)
    3 tbs butter
    1/4 tbs sea salt
    1/2 tbs lemon pepper
    garlic powder
    cayenne powder


Spray a baking pan with a cooking spray (I like olive oil)
Dry off fish using a paper towel and place on the baking pan
Melt butter and pour over each fish
Add lemon pepper and salt
Add garlic powder and cayenne to taste
Bake for 10-15 min
