3 cups Chickpeas, perferably cooked at home, not canned (for canned, increase sodium a whole bunch)
2 tbsp Canola Oil
1 cup Low sodium vegetable stock, perferably homemade
2 cloves garlic, minced very finely
Any other spices you like
Directions
Throw all ingredients into a food processor and process until a smooth dip has formed
