    8 oz. dry linguine

    1/2 cup Cream Cheese ( I used Regular )

    2 Table spoons Olive Oil

    2 Table spoons Lemon juice

    1/2 cup chopped Parsley


In boiling water cook Linguine

In small sauce pan heat Softened Cream cheese, Olive Oil, Lemon juice........LOW Heat until warm.

Before draining cooked Linguine reserve 1/2 cup of the boiling water to Mix into the Cream Cheese sauce........After draining Linguine pour the Cream cheese sauce over the noodles and toss.............I found this recipe in Vegetarian times ,,,,,,,except they use LITE Cream Cheese.......this was easy to fix and tasted good.
