    3/4 cup whole wheat flour
    3/4 cup white flour
    1 Tbsp baking powder (no joke)
    1 Tbsp olive oil
    1 cup non fat milk
    1 egg


Mix both flours and baking powder in bowl. Add oil, milk and egg all at once. Stir.
Cook in waffle iron.
Makes four waffles.
